Modified Cold Water Vapor Starch melts in all cold and hot conditions to quickly show the effects of evaporation. To control the con-centration of variouscream and sauce,such as custard cream and mayonnaise.

Viscos are highly dispersed in cold or hot water and can easily melt. It can provide a fresh sauce
that does not require heating, and is used as a stabilizer for mayonnaise or various creams.
